110-300-0260(1)(a) Licensee had bleach wipes accessible in the three-year-old room under the sink, and on the white shelves upstairs by the exit door. Licensee had ice melt accessible to the children at the front door entrance. 110-300-0260(5) Licensee had a snow shovel accessible to the children in the front entrance door of the center, and brooms in the back play yard.
